Jason Wagstaff is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and transport sectors. Since December 2015, Jason has served as the Director and Chief Executive Officer at Cardiobase and is additionally the Director and Chief Executive Officer at Clinibase since April 2023. Prior to these positions, Jason was the Chief Operating Officer at Transmax Pty Ltd from July 2010 to October 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing the development and support of the award-winning ITS Platform STREAMS. Jason's career also includes a role as Manager of Project Delivery for Control Systems at VicRoads from October 2007 to June 2010. Jason holds a Bachelor of Computer Science with a focus on Business Systems from Monash University.
