Lani Perlesz is an experienced program and project manager with a strong focus on environmental policy and government engagement. Currently serving as Program Impact Manager and previously in senior roles at Climateworks Centre, Lani has directed projects that support climate-aligned policies at state and federal levels in Australia. With a background as Adviser in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet's behavioural economics unit, Lani has managed complex research projects to enhance energy affordability and security. Previous positions include roles in the Department of the Environment and Energy, where Lani provided high-quality advice and co-designed impactful research trials. Lani holds a Graduate Certificate in Public Policy from The Australian National University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Melbourne, supplemented by a Diploma in French.
