Angela Rubilla is a Carbon Project Developer specializing in Nature-based Solutions at ClimatePartner Impact, where responsibilities include screening, planning, and developing climate change mitigation projects, as well as supporting project developers in alignment with carbon standards such as Verra, Gold Standard, and Plan Vivo. Previously, as Project Coordinator at the Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi, Angela facilitated collaboration among stakeholders to address environmental data gaps and assisted in developing technical reports for policymakers. Angela holds a Master of Science in Sustainable Development with a focus on Environmental Management from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Planning and Management from Miriam College.
