Margaret Shear is a highly experienced design leader with a robust background in various industries, currently serving as the Head of Design and Director of Design at Modern Life since November 2021. In addition, Margaret acts as an Advisor at ClimateCheck and previously held the position of Head of Design at Indify from November 2020 to October 2021. Margaret's experience includes serving as Visiting Faculty in Service Design at the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design, leading product design initiatives at various firms, including frog, Condé Nast, and R/GA, and mentoring emerging design talent. Margaret holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees from Stanford University in Science, Technology and Society, and Fine/Studio Arts, and has a reputation for transforming digital experiences through human-centered design.
