Chris S. Anderson, LEED AP, is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and construction supervision. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Climatec, LLC since 2021, Chris has also been a Construction Manager and Consultant at Choice Construction Management since August 2013, providing freelance services for building and maintenance projects. As the Owner and Business Manager of C.S. Anderson Enterprises since October 2016, Chris successfully managed commercial and residential remodel projects valued up to $0.5 million. Previous roles include Project Manager at ZGlobal Inc., Construction Superintendent at DesCor Builders, and various leadership positions at SPI Solar Corp, DPR Construction, and Rudolph and Sletten, with a focus on large-scale projects and maintaining safety and compliance in highly regulated environments.
