Jess Wilber is an experienced digital community organizer currently serving as the Digital Community Organizing Manager at The Climate Reality Project since April 2022. Wilber launched and manages Reality Hub, an online platform for over 65,000 volunteers, while overseeing vendor relationships and community management trends. Previously, Wilber held various roles at Citizens' Climate Lobby, including International Outreach Fellow and Great Lakes Regional Fellow, where responsibilities included lobbying for climate legislation and fostering youth engagement in climate advocacy. Other significant experiences include teaching English at Shanxi Agricultural University and coordinating climate-related projects for Senior Stewards Acting for the Environment. Wilber holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and East Asian Studies from Oberlin College.
