KJ Johnson currently serves as the Assistant to the President at Climate Jobs National Resource Center, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, KJ was the Director of Campaign Advancement and Organizational Sustainability at Community Change from February 2019 to July 2024. KJ's extensive experience includes various positions at SEIU, where responsibilities ranged from Logistics Director to Area Political Director from December 2009 to February 2019. Earlier roles included Co-Executive Director at Change That Works, as well as political campaign positions at Richardson For President and consulting for Hispanic Strategy Group, LLC. KJ holds an Executive Certificate in Organizational Consulting & Change Leadership from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in Government and International Politics from George Mason University.
