Prior to their current roles, Rita worked as an Executive Recruiter at Pemberton Stewart and as an Alternative Investment Recruiter at Cobalt Recruitment. With a Master's Degree in Real Estate Finance, Rita has a strong background in advisory on retail projects and financial analysis.
