Croen Fred is an experienced professional in the cement and concrete industry, currently serving as Regional Manager for the Eastern Region at Climate Earth since March 2022. In addition, Croen is the Principal Owner of FJC Green Building Consulting, LLC, providing technical assistance to cement clients since July 2021. Previous roles include Technical Services Manager at Elementia, Business Manager for ISE Logik Industries in the Northeast Region, and Director of Sales at Keystone Cement Company. Croen has a strong background in technical support, sales management, and consulting, having held positions at GCHI - Keystone Cement Division, Holcim Cement, and W.R. Grace & Co. of Canada, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to promoting the use of concrete and enhancing industry practices. Croen Fred holds a BA in Business from the University of Toronto.
