Rachel Hay is currently the Head of Energy Supply Decarbonisation and Resilience at the Climate Change Committee. Prior to this role, Rachel worked as a Lead Analyst in Buildings at The Committee on Climate Change and as a Senior Policy Manager in Energy Systems at Ofgem. Rachel has a background in sustainable energy policy, distribution policy, European energy regulations, and consumer engagement in the energy sector. She holds a Diploma in Energy Regulation from the European University Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Oxford.
