Roy Atkinson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the business advisory sector, currently serving as the CEO and Principal Advisor at Clifton Butterfield, LLC since July 2013. At Clifton Butterfield, LLC, the focus is on service management and customer experience. In addition to leading Clifton Butterfield, LLC, Atkinson holds several advisory roles, including membership on the Strategic Advisory Board for HDI and contributions to ITSM.tools. Atkinson also podcasts for Reach Your Do Point® and serves as an Institute Fellow for the Institute for Digital Transformation. Previously, Atkinson worked at Informa Tech as a Group Principal Analyst and Senior Writer/Analyst, where responsibilities included industry research and public speaking engagements. Atkinson has held various volunteer positions, including Secretary of the Board of Directors for HDI Local Chapters and President of Toastmasters Club 897. Education includes an MCert in Advanced Management Strategy from Tulane University and studies at Purchase College, SUNY, Iona University, and Bergen Catholic High School.
