Mathew Swancer is an experienced maintenance manager with a strong background in the maritime industry. Currently serving as Maintenance Manager at Cleveland-Cliffs since May 2021, Mathew previously held the position of General Shipyard Foreman at The Great Lakes Towing Company and Great Lakes Shipyard from February 2013 to May 2021. Mathew's education was completed at Polaris Career Center between 1998 and 2001, providing a solid foundation for a successful career in maintenance and shipyard operations.
