Jason Semo has extensive experience in operations management, particularly in the mining and pellet production sectors, currently serving as Pellet Plant Operations Shift Manager at Cleveland-Cliffs since August 2018, after progressing through various managerial roles including Mine Operations Shift Manager and Shift Manager, Dispatch. Prior to this, Jason worked as a Communication Specialist for Douglas County, WI, from March 2011 to August 2018, and served as an EMT at Ely Area Ambulance from May 2008 to March 2011. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Bemidji State University and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Hibbing Community College.
