Guy Rymsza is a Lead Process Engineer at Cleveland-Cliffs, where since October 2020, responsibilities include managing custom cold-rolled steel manufacturing processes, leading cross-functional teams, and serving as a subject matter expert for critical technologies. Prior experience spans over three decades at I/N Tek and I/N Kote, ascending through roles from Associate Process Engineer to Lead Process Engineer. Guy Rymsza holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, completed in 1989.
