Dan Skara, MMP, MCPM, serves as the Section Manager of Maintenance at Cleveland-Cliffs since July 2019. Prior to this role, Dan held various positions including Maintenance Manager and Area Manager at The NARMCO Group from June 2012 to July 2019, and Maintenance Supervisor at Integram Windsor Seating from April 2013 to March 2014. Dan's experience also includes a Maintenance Manager role at Siliken Canada and a Maintenance Supervisor position at AP Plasman Ltd. Beginning a career at Ford Motor Company from 1999 to 2009, Dan supported production machining departments in Tool Management and machining functions. Additionally, Dan worked as a Blending Supervisor at Hiram Walker and Sons, creating renowned alcohol blends from 2005 to 2007. Dan's educational background includes a Master Certificate in Project Management and a Maintenance Management Professional designation, both earned from St. Clair College.
