Juliet R. is an experienced professional currently serving as PMO Lead for the Modern ERP Program and Principal Advisor for the Simplification Program at Rio Tinto since December 2023. Prior to this role, Juliet R. held key positions at Westpac as Senior Manager in the Transformation Standards team, and at Commonwealth Bank focusing on cloud demand management and technology transformation initiatives. Juliet R.'s earlier experience includes various management roles at Qantas, including overseeing digital capabilities and transformation strategies, as well as positions at Emirates, Qantas, and Etihad Airways. Juliet R. holds an MBAX in Business Administration and Technology Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, attained between 2012 and 2016.
