Carrie Johnson, CSP, is an experienced Health and Safety Manager currently employed at Cleveland-Cliffs since October 2021, where responsibilities include leading safety initiatives, providing technical guidance on OSHA compliance, and enhancing safety performance. Prior to this role, Carrie served as the Environmental, Health, Safety and Security Manager at Kimball International for nine years, managing over 800 employees across multiple locations and developing safety programs in collaboration with Indiana OSHA's VPP Program. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior EHS Specialist at Johnson Controls, overseeing contractor EHS programs at a large pharmaceutical facility.
