Michelle currently serves as the Director of Research Development at KITCHENTOWN, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this role, Michelle spent over eight years at Clif Bar & Company, progressing through positions from Food Scientist (February 2011 - February 2013) to Senior Product Developer (May 2013 - March 2016), and ultimately to Senior Manager, Product Development (June 2016 - May 2024). Earlier in the career, Michelle was a Senior Food Scientist at Mattson: Innovation for the Food & Beverage Industry from July 1997 to January 2011 and worked as a Food Scientist at Creative Spices from July 1995 to June 1997. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Technology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
