Michael West has over 10 years of work experience in the software engineering field. Michael began their career in 2009 as an Intern - Identity Services Support at SUPERVALU. During this time, they helped develop project management portals, sites, and management tools for Identity Services department using SharePoint Designer. Michael then moved on to CORPORATION OF THE PRESIDING BISHOP OF THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER DAY SAINTS in 2010, where they worked as an Intern - Application Development and helped code an internal app using ASP. NET framework and C# for the legal and finance departments of the organization. In the same year, they also worked at Brigham Young University - Creative Works as a Web Site Admin/Developer, working primarily on web sites/apps implemented with ASP. NET. In 2011, they joined InMoment as a Software Engineer - Team Lead. Finally, in 2019, they became a Principal Software Engineer at ClientSuccess.

Michael West attended Weber State University from 2003 to 2006, where they earned an Associate of Arts in General Studies. Michael then attended Brigham Young University from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a Master's and Bachelor's Degrees in Information Systems Management.
