At MTD Products, Daniel was responsible for developing and managing sales territories. And at CBC, Daniel consulted with businesses on a variety of topics, including organizational development, change management, and process improvement.

Prior to their career in consulting, Daniel was sales and brand manager at XTREMEGEAR, where they were responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing plans.

Daniel Garcia graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing.
