Roberto Martínez Fernández's work experience begins in April 2017 as a Customer Success Technician at Sweetspot, a ClickDimensions Product. Roberto then worked as a Technical Specialist from January 2018 to January 2019, where they developed omni-channel Enterprise Reporting solutions for global corporations and provided training and onboarding services to clients. From January 2019 to January 2020, Roberto worked as a Solutions Engineer at Sweetspot, where they designed and developed ETL-based omni-channel Enterprise Reporting solutions and data visualizations for various clients.

In January 2020, Roberto transitioned to ClickDimensions as a Solutions Engineer Lead. In this role, they led the Solutions Engineering Team, coordinated data blending, transformation, and validation processes, and designed and developed ETL-based omni-channel Enterprise Reporting solutions.
