Rob Urquhart is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research, impact evaluation, and strategic human capital management. Currently serving as Chief Research and Impact Officer at Click Learning since January 2023, Rob previously held the role of Lead: Impact and Research at Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator from April 2015 to December 2022, where Rob developed evidence-based strategies to address youth unemployment. Prior to this, Rob was Associate Director at EY, leading consulting efforts in talent management following the acquisition of The Resolve Group, where Rob spent twelve years in various roles including team leader and senior manager. Rob holds an MBA from the University of the Witwatersrand and has completed additional qualifications in data analytics and programming.
