Jill Straniero, CAE, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital solutions and technology management. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Digital Solutions and Managing Director of Global Technology at Cruise Lines International Association since January 2024, Jill has held key roles in various organizations, including as a Senior Strategic Consultant at DelCor Technology Solutions and as the Director of the Digital Experience Team at the National Apartment Association. Previous positions include Director of Digital Product Management at the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and various account management roles in the media and industries sector. Jill holds an MBA from Fitchburg State University and a BA in Psychology and Elementary Education from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
