Leonardo C. started their career as a Financial Planning Supervisor at Alcoa, where they successfully transitioned controllership activities from the US to Brazil, reducing operational costs and improving efficiency. Leonardo C. then moved on to Johnson & Johnson, where they served as a Financial Manager, responsible for managing and developing a team of 22 professionals.

Leonardo joined GE Power & Water - Wind as a Controller before being promoted to Senior Financial Manager. In these roles, they managed various financial functions and led teams focused on achieving high performance and delivering results.

Next, Leonardo joined Orsegups Participações S/A as the CFO, leading and managing a team of 39 professionals across finance, legal, HR, IT, supply chain, and P&D areas. Leonardo C. played a crucial role in the startup of the business in Brazil, implementing financial operations to ensure efficacy.

Currently, Leonardo is the Head of Transformation Office at CLI - Corredor Logística e Infraestrutura S.A. Here, they spearhead transformation initiatives to optimize logistics and infrastructure operations, implementing Lean methodologies and process reengineering to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Leonardo C. also champions innovation within the logistics and infrastructure sectors, leveraging emerging technologies to gain a competitive advantage.

Leonardo C. C. completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Administração de Empresas from 2003-2008. Subsequently, from 2009-2010, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance & Controllership at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
