Charles Waldberg has worked as a Project Manager at Clextral since June 2015. Prior to that, they had an internship at Zodiac Aerospace in May to August 2014. Charles also had an internship at Michelin from September 2013 to February 2014, where they worked in a research department studying mechanical losses in tyre sculpture using a 3D finite elements method.

Charles Waldberg completed their education in a chronological order. In 2009, they attended Lycée Notre-Dame de Bury and successfully obtained a Baccalauréat with a major in Biology and Physics, with honors. Following that, they attended Lycée Chaptal in 2009, completing a course in PSI. In 2011, Waldberg enrolled at ISAE-SUPAERO and pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering, which they completed in 2015. In the same year, they also attended HEC Paris and received an "IMA Certificate: Innovation management in aviation & aerospace" for Innovation Management.
