Mathieu Basset has a diverse work experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Mathieu started their career as an Analyst de selección at Grupo Manuelita, where they were responsible for recruiting candidates through employment platforms, administering psychotechnical tests, and conducting interviews and assessment centers. Mathieu then moved on to Cafeto Software as a Recruitment Specialist and later as a Human Resources Generalist, where they continued to recruit candidates, administer tests, and conduct interviews. Mathieu then joined Avantica as a Talent Sourcer and later as a Technical Recruiter, where they listed job postings, sourced and recruited IT talent across Latin America, and participated in college events.
