Abril Jasa has work experience in various roles and companies. Abril began their career in 2016 as a Customer Service Representative at Avanza Externalización de Servicios, where they worked from October 2016 to April 2018. In 2021, they joined BairesDev as an IT Recruiter from January to July. Abril then moved to FullStack Labs, where they worked as an IT Technical Recruiter from July 2021 to February 2023. Currently, they are working at Clevertech as an IT Technical Recruiter, starting in April 2023.

Abril Jasa's education history is as follows:

Abril began their education in 2011 at Deutsche Schule Montevideo, where they earned their High School Diploma in Biology/Biological Sciences. Abril attended the school until 2016.

After completing high school, Abril enrolled at Universidad de la República to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Neurophysiology. Abril started their undergraduate studies in 2020 and is currently pursuing their degree.

In addition to their formal education, Abril has obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Abril completed courses such as "Agile Fundamentals: Agile Project Management Scrum Kanban," "Recruitment, Interviewing, and Emotional Intelligence," "Successful Negotiation: Master Your Negotiating Skills," and "Business Fundamentals: Management and HR Management" from Udemy.

Abril also obtained certifications from LinkedIn, including "Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment" and "Talent Insights Journey Assessment." Furthermore, they hold a Certificate of Proficiency in English from the University of Cambridge and a Sprachdiplom II from Colegio Alemán de Montevideo.

Currently, Abril is pursuing an HR Expert certification from Instituto IBEC, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
