Zeus Khambatta has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Zeus started their career as a Learning Solutions Intern at KNOLSKAPE in 2016, where they developed training needs analysis solutions, created content for workshops, and worked on projects for a logistics company.
In 2018, Zeus became the CEO and Co-Founder of Bid4skill, an online marketplace for training providers. In this role, they managed a team and focused on building databases of corporate clients and training providers by utilizing effective sales channel management and digital marketing techniques.
From 2019 to 2020, Zeus worked as a Business Development Manager at Gnowbe, a mobile micro-learning and engagement solution company. Zeus focused on enabling learning organizations to transition their courses to a digital platform, finding solutions for learning communities during the COVID-19 pandemic, and promoting accountability and alignment in remote work through data-driven practices.
In 2020, Zeus joined HubSpot as an Associate Customer Success Manager, where they worked until 2022. During this time, they also served as a Customer Support Specialist. Zeus'sresponsibilities included managing customer success and supporting customers in their use of HubSpot's products and services.
Currently, Zeus is working as a Customer Success Manager at CleverTap, a mobile marketing platform company.
Zeus Khambatta holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the National University of Singapore. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications including Sales: Handling Objections from LinkedIn in July 2020, Inbound Certification from HubSpot Academy in October 2020, and Hubspot Sales Software Certification from HubSpot Academy in October 2020.
