Kothandaraman has also served as the head of customer support for Wipro Technologies. Kothandaraman has a long history of working in the business and technology industries, making him well-suited for their current role.

Kothandaraman Sridharan has a degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc). Kothandaraman also has a degree in Science and Management from the University of Madras.
