Steve Louca has a strong background in engineering services and software management. Steve worked as a Director of Engineering Services at Clever Devices starting from February 2009. Prior to that, from November 2008 to February 2009, they were a Senior Software Release Manager at Antenna Software where they assisted in transitioning Vettro Customers to Antenna Software Corporation and created a Continuous Integration system. Before that, from June 2004 to November 2008, they served as a Quality Assurance Manager and Software Configuration Manager at Vettro Corporation, where they managed the QA lifecycle for multiple products, implemented and managed source control, and created automated build processes. From June 1998 to February 2004, they worked at McAfee Security as a Quality Assurance Engineer and Software Configuration Manager where they implemented and managed source control for the retail software division. Steve started their career at Network Associates in February 1995 as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer and Second Level Support, where they were responsible for test suite design and implementation.

Steve Louca earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the New York Institute of Technology, where they attended from 1989 to 1994. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" and "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn in May 2021.
