Armen Navasardyan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Armen began their career as a Sound Engineer at Vitamin Studio in 2009 and worked there until 2015. In 2016, they joined Matrix Audio Visual Designs, Inc. as an Audiovisual Technician, where they stayed until 2017. From 2017 to 2022, Armen worked at BYD North America as a Multimedia Design Engineer. Currently, they are employed at Clever Devices as a Project Engineer, starting in February 2022.

Armen Navasardyan obtained their Master's degree from the State Engineering University of Armenia from 2004 to 2012. Armen has also earned additional certifications including "CTI P101 Foundations of Crestron Programming" from Crestron Electronics in April 2017, and "Introduction to installation" from INTEGRATE in association with INFOCOMM INTERNATIONAL in October 2016.
