Andrea L. is a skilled professional with a diverse background in customer success and project management within the HR-Tech and IT sectors. Currently serving as a Success Manager at CleverConnect since March 2023, Andrea has previous experience as a Customer Success Manager at SKEEPERS and a Customized Program & Internship Manager at IES Abroad. In addition, Andrea has completed an IT-Project Management course at GFN with certifications in Prince2 and Agile methodologies. Educational qualifications include a PG in Latin American Interdisciplinary Studies from Newcastle University and a BA in Transcultural Communication from the University of Vienna, complemented by studies at Universidade do Porto.
