Terry Mertz is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Design and Production Manager at The Cleveland Orchestra since November 2022. Terry also acts as the Creative Director for TM Creative Solutions LLC, a design studio established in 2018, specializing in graphics, branding, and packaging. Between 1997 and 2018, Terry held various roles at American Greetings, including Creative Manager for Packaging and Signage, overseeing design strategies and a team of designers. Earlier experience includes positions at Chronicle Telegram Advertising, Brilliant Electric Sign Company, and Pitt Studio / Ad Agency, where Terry contributed to award-winning designs and innovative advertising solutions.
