Raven Payne is a seasoned professional in community impact and engagement, currently serving as the Community Impact and Engagement Manager for the Cleveland Monsters since September 2018, following progressive roles in community relations within the organization. Prior to this, Raven completed a Capstone Student Internship in Athletics at the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, contributing to initiatives aimed at enhancing Cleveland City Schools Sports. Educational experience includes a Bachelor of Science in Education with a focus on Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Bowling Green State University, where Raven also gained hands-on experience as a Student Manager for the collegiate softball team and worked as a Resident Advisor, fostering community and inclusivity among residents. Additional experience includes an internship with Otsego Public Schools, where Raven assisted in developing sponsorships for athletic programs.
