Luke Mesiano has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 as a Market Assistant at North Union Farmers Market. Luke later joined Chutney Rolls in 2014 as a Market Lead for a brief period. In 2016, Luke became an Outreach Assistant at North Union Farmers Market and also joined Cleveland Kitchen as a Regional Sales Representative. In 2017, Luke established their own company, Mesiano Sales and Marketing, where they worked as an Independent Food Broker until 2018. Luke then returned to Cleveland Kitchen as a Sales and Marketing Specialist in 2018, eventually becoming the Director of Regional Sales in 2019. Currently, Luke holds the position of National Accounts Director at Cleveland Kitchen, starting in September 2021.

Luke Mesiano completed their high school education at Shaker Heights High School from 2009 to 2013, where they received an International Baccalaureate Diploma with Honors. From 2013 to 2016, they attended The Ohio State University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with Honors, majoring in Political Science and History.
