John Anthony, MD, MBA, currently serves as the President Elect of the Medical Staff at Cleveland Clinic and is a member of the Board of Governors (ex officio). John holds multiple leadership positions within Cleveland Clinic, including Section Head for the Contact Dermatitis and Patch Testing Service and Director of Regional Dermatology. Additionally, John Anthony is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine. Prior experience includes serving as a dermatologist at Dermatology Inc. of Virginia Beach and holding various roles within the US Navy and US Marine Corps, culminating in the position of Dermatology Department Head. John Anthony earned an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and an MD from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, alongside BS and BA degrees from the University of Notre Dame.
