Deborah Less (Pritchard) is an accomplished Communications Manager at Cleveland Clinic since October 2015, focusing on informing and inspiring caregivers to enhance the workplace experience within healthcare. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Communications Associate at The Reserves Network, where support was provided to over 40 branches nationwide. At Shure Incorporated, from June 2010 to March 2015, strategic traditional and digital internal communications were developed across 15 global offices, alongside managing the quarterly newsletter and internal communication sites.
