Bill Fagan is currently the President of Business Operations for the Cleveland Cavaliers, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Bill served as the President & CEO of Playfly Aspire from June 2009 to October 2024, where responsibilities included managing global operations of Fan Relationship Management Centers and driving significant ticket revenue growth exceeding $250 million for sports organizations. Bill’s career includes extensive experience in sales and relationship management across various sports teams, including roles with the Charlotte Bobcats, Moncton Wildcats, Phoenix RoadRunners, and Phoenix Suns. An alumnus of Emory University and the University of Miami, Bill has been recognized as a 'Top Global Leader Under 40' by Leaders in Sport and has played a pivotal role in developing innovative programs and operational strategies that enhance fan engagement and organizational performance.
