Sheila Oliver is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and customer service management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Cleva North America since March 2007, Sheila previously held the position of Operations Manager at the same company. Prior to joining Cleva North America, Sheila worked as the Business Office Manager at PositecUSA from 2003 to December 2005 and gained foundational customer service experience at KEMET Electronics Corporation as a Customer Service Representative from 2001 to 2002. Early in the career, Sheila contributed to customer service at Ryobi North America Inc. from 1994 to August 1999 and served as Administrative Office staff at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from 1992 to 1994.
