Keltoum Beji currently serves as Directrice des ressources humaines at CLEOR since February 2023. Previously, Keltoum held the position of Responsable ressources humaines at BOUCHARA - Eurodif SAS from September 2014 to June 2023, overseeing human resources for headquarters, warehouses, and stores. Keltoum's earlier experience includes roles at Compagnie européenne de la chaussure, managing a staff of 230 and focusing on recruitment, human resources development, and social relations, as well as a position as Gestionnaire RH/Chargée de développement RH at CEC, where responsibilities included personnel management and HR development. Keltoum obtained a Maîtrise in Droit social from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2003 and a Licence in Droit privé from Université Paris Cité in 2002.
