Minna Smith, EIT has work experience in various roles in different companies. Minna started their professional career at Parker Aerospace in 2013 as an Engineering Intern. In 2014, they worked as an Assistant Coach at Troy High School. The following year, they joined Servite High School as a Robotics Mentor. In 2016, Minna worked as an Industry Analyst at Starburst Aerospace. Minna also had a brief stint at Southern California Edison (SCE) in 2019 as a Professional Trainee, where they were responsible for regulatory proceedings and developing new methods and processes for T&D planning and operations. Currently, Minna is employed at °ä±ôŧ²Ô±ð°ù²¹ as a Performance Engineer, a position they have held since January 2020. In August 2022, they transitioned to the role of Project Engineer within the same company.
Minna Smith, EIT, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, which they obtained from 2015 to 2019. During their time at the university, they also pursued minors in Mathematics and Energy Engineering. In 2018, Minna participated in a Study Abroad program at Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, where they focused on Engineering for Sustainability. Moreover, they obtained the Engineer In Training certification from the NCEES in November 2019.
