Chris Skidmore has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. From 2023 onwards, they worked at °ä±ôŧ²Ô±ð°ù²¹ as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they managed full-cycle recruitment for various departments and developed talent acquisition strategies. Before °ä±ôŧ²Ô±ð°ù²¹, they worked as a Technical Sourcer at Prime Video & Amazon Studios from 2022 to 2022, and at Sawtooth Talent Partners from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they had various roles at Saint Alphonsus, including Sr. Talent Partner and Physician Recruiter, where they managed full-cycle recruitment for nurses and physicians, supported process improvement initiatives, and participated in relief programs during the COVID-19 pandemic. At St. Luke's Health System, they worked as a Provider Recruiter, successfully filling positions above industry average, reducing incentive spend, and collaborating with various departments. Chris also served as a Nurse Recruiter, managing recruitment for various positions and coordinating the travel nurse program.

Chris Skidmore earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, with a specialization in Management and Human Resources, HR Emphasis, from the University of Idaho. Their education at the university occurred from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, Chris Skidmore obtained the Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR) Certification from Lean Human Capital in April 2021.
