Billy Bolger has extensive experience in civil engineering, currently serving as the Associate Director of Utilities at Clemson University since 2019, where oversight of municipal utilities is a primary responsibility. Previous roles include Project Engineer at JW White Consulting, LLC, and Stormwater Engineer as well as Staff Engineer within the Public Works Division at the City of Anderson, South Carolina. Billy Bolger's earlier experience includes a decade at Goldie & Associates, managing project engineering and civil site design, along with a project manager role at Clemson University and a research assistantship focused on wind speed analysis. Academically, Billy Bolger holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in the same field, both from Clemson University.
