Jordin Williams has a diverse work experience in the field of wellness and recreation. They started their career at Delaware State University in 2009 as an Associate Director of Wellness & Recreation. They then progressed to the role of Director of Wellness & Recreation in 2010, where they served until 2016. During this time, they were also appointed as the Executive Director for Wellness, Recreation & Campus Events.

Jordin Williams obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 2002 to 2004. Jordin later pursued a Master's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from the same university in 2004-2005. Prior to that, they studied Business Administration and Management at Saint Francis University from 1999 to 2002.
