Beth Anne Johnson is the Owner of Lamar Creative Co. LLC, a company founded in 2022 that specializes in professional coaching, consulting, and creative services. Johnson has held multiple leadership roles within WEPAN - Women in Engineering ProActive Network, including Past President, President, and President Elect, where contributions focused on enhancing the inclusion of women and under-represented groups in engineering from college through executive leadership. Additionally, Johnson serves as the Community Outreach Coordinator and Associate Director of Women In Science and Engineering (WISE) at Clemson University, where efforts include establishing the PEER WISE Connections series to facilitate connections between current students and professionals. Johnson holds a Master's degree in Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Performing Arts and English Literature, both from Clemson University.
