Samar ElGharib, PMP, ITIL v4 Managing Professional has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the IT field. Starting in 2001, Samar worked as a Sr. Network Engineer at 3H Technology, where they contributed to network infrastructure. In 2005, they joined QinetiQ Norh America as Deputy Division Manager and later took on roles as Division Manager - Infrastructure and Sr. Program Manager. Samar then moved to PAE in 2015, where they served as a Project Manager for four years. In 2019, Samar joined Clements Worldwide as a Sr. Manager, Global IT, overseeing worldwide IT operations. Following this, they joined Cogent Communications in 2022 as Director of Information Technology before assuming the same position at Clements Worldwide in 2023. With their extensive experience in IT management and project leadership, Samar brings a wealth of knowledge to their current role as Director of Information Technology at Clements Worldwide.

Samar ElGharib, PMP, ITIL v4 Managing Professional, attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the American University of Beirut. This educational achievement took place from 1995 to 1998. Following this, Samar pursued further education and earned a Master of Science degree in Information Technology Management from the American University - Kogod School of Business between 2007 and 2009.
