Mark Cooley has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Operations Manager at Clements Worldwide since July 2017. Prior to this role, Mark worked at an Insurance Broker from January to July 2017, focusing on eCommerce and underwriting for non-standard car and van policies, including online pricing. From May 2012 to December 2016, Mark held the position of Head of Household at PPC & IIA, specializing in non-standard home underwriting, online pricing, and managing a sales team while utilizing systems such as OGI and SSP.
