Laarni Pasia has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Laarni started their career in 2008 at Prudential Guarantee & Assurance, Inc as a Senior Claims Manager, where they held the position until November 2016. In 2018, they joined Quest Insurance as an Account Executive, and then moved on to become an Account Manager at Clements Worldwide in May 2019. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Account Manager at Clements Worldwide, which started in January 2023.

Laarni Pasia completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, majoring in Actuarial Science, at the University of Santo Tomas from 1994 to 1998. Later on, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at De La Salle University from 2006 to 2009.
