Andrew Knowles is a Senior Project Engineer at Clemens Food Group since November 2020, with extensive experience in the food industry gained during a 15-year tenure at JBT, where roles included Division Product Line & Pricing Manager and various managerial positions in engineering and sales support. In addition to industry experience, Andrew served as an Adjunct Professor of Elementary Statistics at Kennesaw State University from January 2011 to December 2012. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Biosystems Engineering from Michigan State University and a Master’s in Applied Statistics from Kennesaw State University.
