David McKeegan, MBA, EA is a co-founder of Cleer Tax & Bookkeeping, a company that provides accurate, affordable, and efficient bookkeeping and tax services for US businesses and subsidiaries. Prior to that, David was also a co-founder of Greenback Tax Services, which provides US expats with professional tax preparation services. With a background in financial services at companies like Bank of Scotland, UFJI, and JPMorgan Chase, David has extensive experience in debt capital markets, credit analysis, and relationship management. David holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a BA in History from Loyola University Maryland.
